Every Friday we host a Back Hip Circle Clinic to give our students an extra opportunity to train the back hip circle.
The instructors will warm up/stretch the class and then set up stations and progressions to help achieve the back hip circle. 

The Back Hip Circle Clinic is limited to 8 students each week.  To reserve your child’s spot please contact the office
