TUITION & ENROLLMENT
Sign-up for a FREE trial class! We allow enrollment at any time during the monthly session.​

Payment is due upon enrollment.
Auto-pay enrollment is required for all families. Auto-pay will process on the 15th of each month for the following month’s tuition. If payment is unsuccessful on the 15th, it must be submitted by the end of that day to keep your child’s spot. Failure to submit payment by the deadline will result in cancellation of enrollment for the upcoming month. Re-enrollment will be based on class availability.

Tuition will not be prorated for individual absences
Instead, a makeup token will be issued for missed classes due to illness or travel. Makeup Tokens will notbe issued for holiday or weather closures.
· Tokens are valid for one year from the issue date.
· Tokens expire if the family membership ends or if the student changes programs.
Example: A token earned in a Preschool class cannot be used to schedule a makeup in a School Age class.

Cancellation Policy
If your family needs to take a break, we simply ask for 30 days notice.
To cancel enrollment for an upcoming month, notice must be received on or before the 1st of the prior month.
Example: To cancel for November, please provide notice by October 1.

Please note that cancellations are final once processed. To resume classes after cancellation, you must
re-enroll, and previous class days and times are not guaranteed.
We believe this change will make participation easier for families and allow our coaches to
focus on what matters most, helping your child grow and thrive in gymnastics!

Student Progress Reports
At Premier Gymnastics, we are dedicated to fostering continuous progression for every student through structured lesson plans, consistent coaching, and skill-building stations and techniques that support their development.
To keep families informed, Premier Gymnastics provides Progress Reports to track each child’s growth. Reports will be available for parent viewing in the Parent Portal on a quarterly basis, during the last week of each of the following months:

Parents will also receive an email notification when evaluations are available for viewing.
Level Ups & Class Achievement Ribbons
Students have the opportunity to level up at any time within the month once all required skills for the next level are achieved. With consistent instruction each week, your child’s coach will closely monitor their progress and advance them when they are ready.
In addition, Achievement Ribbons will be awarded quarterly to all enrolled students, regardless of whether a level up occurs, as a celebration of their hard work and dedication.
