Athletes who have not qualified by the entry deadline have 2 options when entering State Championships.​
1. Enter by entry deadline and no refund will be issued if athlete does not qualify.
2. Enter athlete after entry deadline once qualification is achieved & pay $50 late fee along with the entry fee.
All Coaches must be on Meet Reservation.
Double check your meet reservation. If you need to add a coach, please email me as soon as possible.
Coaches Check In
Coaches check in will be at the music table. If you do not see your name on the list, please provide a copy of your membership card for verification.
Pick up refund checks at coaches check in.
Coaches hospitality
Coffee, water and snacks will be available throughout the weekend.
We will be providing lunch Saturday and Sunday.
Coaches meeting
1. There will be a short coaches meeting at the start of each session for scratches.
2. Athletes will line up at their event for the announcement of teams/national anthem.
3. We will have a continuous rotation, no waiting for the chimes to rotate.
Coaches attire
Please adhere to the following USAG State Championships Dress Code
1. Closed toe athletic shoes
2. Athletic or tailored shorts with a 7” inseam
3. No Tank Tops. Collared or business casual with a gym logo. No spaghetti straps, low cut tops or midriff revealing shirts
4. No hats or visors
Coaches who violate rules will be requested to leave the competition floor.
