Double check your meet reservation. If you need to add a coach, please email me as soon as possible.
Coaches Check In
1. Coaches check in will be in the Main Lobby of RP Funding Center near Spectator Admission table. If you do not see your name on the list, please provide a copy of your membership card for verification
2. Pick up refund checks at coaches check in
3. Must get wristband for coaches hospitality at coaches check in
Coaches Hospitality
Hospitality room will be in the rear of Jenkins Arena where Gym A and Gym B will be set up. There are over 500 coaches in Meet Reservations for this competition. We will be providing 1 meal per day. Please be considerate with your portions, there is a large number of judges/coaches/staff to feed.
We will serve the following meals to COACHES WITH BACK TO BACK SESSIONS
Friday, April 5th - Dinner
Saturday, April 6th - Lunch
Sunday, April 7th - Lunch
No Coaches Meeting
There will be no coaches meeting at the start of each session.
1. Please turn in your scratches to the music table and inform coaches in your squad of your scratches.
2. Wait for the chimes to rotate events
3. Athletes will line up at their event for announcement of teams/national anthem
Coaches Attire
Please adhere to the following USAG State Championships Dress Code:
1. Closed toe athletic shoes
2. Athletic or tailored shorts with a 7” inseam
3. No Tank Tops. Collared or business casual with a gym logo. NO spaghetti straps, low cut tops or midriff revealing shirts
4. No hats or visors are allowed to be worn
*Coaches who violate rules will be requested to leave the competition floor
Awards Ceremonies
Xcel Bronze will be awarded 50% +1 for Events and 100% All Around State Medals
Xcel Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire, Level 6, Level 7 will be awarded 50% + 1 Events and All Around State Medals.
Team Awards: Top 5 teams in each division will be awarded with a banner.

Athletes who have not qualified by the entry deadline have 2 options when entering State Championships.
1. Enter by entry deadline and no refund will be issued if athlete does not qualify.
2. Enter athlete after entry deadline once qualification is achieved & pay $50 late fee along with the entry fee.
